Thus if you maintain a household / property in another state without income tax, your employer can't take out income tax to pay the tax to the state you work in. That is why a lot of working older people buy their retirement homes in other states or investors plan for their retirement or wealth in up in coming areas and maintain two homes, while they plan their future of retirements.

He’s a flipper they do the same thing with my plumbing business assume I would charge more because they’re flipping the property make it sound as if they bought it and are either on vacation or getting ready to move in and the first time it happened a realtor showed up while I was working to show the place to potential buyers I was so confused and would have thought I was being scammed if they hadn’t payed up front but after I finished I told the guy you can do whatever you like with your properties my prices stay the same lol he sounded embarrassed I caught him but uses me on his other flips
