If I were to do something entirely different with Eddie Brock's character, I think I might portray him as a sympathetic tragic character rather than a heartless sociopath. Let me break it down. 1. Eddie can be overweight due to extreme beer drinking depression. 2. Eddie would have a terrible childhood as he grew up in an abusive home where his family never seemed to care about him at all. 3. Even though Peter Parker had dealt with bullies before becoming Spider-Man, Eddie Brock had it even worse since he never had anyone to support or comfort him. 4. Eddie can easily be manipulated by someone giving him misinformation about Spider-Man being a bank robber, which leads to his firing at the Daily Bugle. 5. Eddie can also have serious mental problems, which can work quite well if Eddie is played by an actor with autism. 6. Before becoming Venom, he was struggling with suicidal thoughts and was desperately begging God for forgiveness. 7. Once Eddie gets the symbiote, the alien creature slowly drains his life and is now using his lifeless corpse to try to find Peter so it can rebond with him again. 8. To add insult to injury, the symbiote slowly devoured his body to the point that only his skeleton remained. That way, the movie can fix Eddie Brock's character and push the PG-13 to its very limits. It would definitely make his demise all the more tragic since Eddie was already a victim dealing with so many problems in his life before his transformation. The fact that Eddie never got a chance of redemption and straight-up die would add more to the heartbreaking tragedy to the character.

I like to think that the symbiote might've also manipulated and changed his voice as well to sound more sinister. This could be the reason why Eddie sounds like that even when he's not wearing the Venom mask, especially why he has fangs.

Great voice! Spider-Man 3 was a movie of my childhood and I always felt some kind of sympathy towards this adaptation of Venom. It's very underrated IMO. I think, that Raimi's vision of deadly, unpredictable space parasite suits that character much better in comparison to funny, "black goo" from space in movies with Hardy. Here Venom (maybe not Topher Grace himself haha) indeed gives shivers and commands respect. Unfortuneatly they didn't put all scenes with him (for example original death of Eddie). This film should have two parts...

I never understood why Topher got so much hate , his venom will always be my favorite , I’m not saying that Tom’s venom is bad , but Topher in a lot of ways is more comic accurate .

Can you do one with "We"? And If you do, could you add/mix Eddie's voice from the original scene with your Venom's dubbing? It would be perfect. And for Comic wise, this is awesome even though I just came to know today that Venom used singular pronoun.
