I love watching the way Binghe's expression and posture shifts fepending on how he's trying to presebt himself to the siren creature. Like you can tell he wants to rip the thing apart but is restraining himself for the sake of information. I love the subtle changes to red in his eyes and how he's seeing the layering between Shen and the creature along with just the straight up creature at times. Also the TF at the "You know im afraid of the water" and consistent wtf looks as he goes on is just top notch. The thing legit thought it could entrap a man with heavenly demon blood who's absolutely obsessed with his husband. Like bro you think he ain't gonna wonder why his hubby had a different hairstyle and lacks his ever present fan? Oh and of course that fact that hubby is apparently out swimming in who knows where. Also can we just take a moment to appreciate how violently the "daughter" gets shoved underwater? You'd think she was being drowned.

this animatic of suffering is just so scrumptious and I love it so much. The character designs, the switching of forms with the syren, but especially those expressions omg. I almost thought it was Shen Yuan with the 'tf?' and stuff haha. I showed this to a friend (who knows nothing of svsss) and I think the sentence 'I will take the suffering from you' is going to be an inside joke lmao he said it constantly.

This was so good I think about Binghe in the abyss (on a lakeshore or on a raft in a body of water) to this story a lot-especially since sqq would have told him that locals are the best people to ask for directions <3 He would take super revenge on the sirens for trying to take the form of Shizun THEY DIDNT MAKE HIM PRETTY ENOUGH!!! Besides Shizun would get out of the water and cuddle Binghe if Binghe said he was afraid
