Could I potentially use the clip at 1:38 in a video I'm doing about Lord Nelson? It's a good demonstration of thanks to the 4-cylinder layout and 135 degree offset on the axles, the locomotive has 8 chuffs per rotation of the driving wheels, making sound twice as fast than it's really going. Credit will be given.

I remember the headline . at the time over the cost but there were several other tours that day (mine being one of them), at reasonable cost which received no publicity. We often saw the locos from the other tours, polished up at the sheds by volunteers. It was a busy day for BR Control.
