It's a regular mixer grinder used in kitchens to powder spices - Bajaj Brand.Make sure the rhizomes are thinly sliced before drying to make grinding easier

Here in India we boil the dried plants whole by adding enough water & make a decoction .1/4 cup you can have once in a while.For powder better check the information on the box or take doctor's advice.
