So nice to see a new upload!! I didn't see any notifications from your channel on the bell icon, so I'm glad my persistence of checking daily has been rewarded! It's great to hear you watch a Star Wars property that was actually entertaining - at least the first 2 episodes. Maybe somebody heard the desperate cries of fandom at last? Either way, the clips I've seen so far do indicate an interstellar Goonies vibe more than SW at the moment, but I hope the kids don't get to be obnoxious - just in over their heads. The only reason I can imagine a pirate's hat and telescope would be on board a space vessel was it was part of the previous captain's relic collection. This isn't Treasure Planet's type of space ship after all! So, how has the Dr. Stone viewing experience going? There are two trailers already up for Season 4 - which is scheduled to air in Japan January 9, although I'm not sure when it will air in the US or when the English dub will be available. I'm psyched for that alone!

The first two episodes felt like "The Goonies" for Star Wars to be honest. My main point of criticism is the display of an US-like suburbia. It felt like watching a coming-of-age movie from the 80ies, visually adjusted to a Star Wars look-and-feel. Obviously, this is intended to create more contrast when the safe, cozy suburb/planet is exchanged for a dangerous, but somehow fantastic pirate harbor. Classic move to say "the adventure starts here". And the treasure at the end is finding the way back home...

I had TH-cam on auto play while at work and this played after a break down for this show and god damn all you do is BITCH I had to go get my phone to take this shit off damn 🥷 it’s not hard to stop watching a show (like me now with your 💩 content)

Even though a member of the coven mentions the wine could be poisoned - they go and drink it anyway!! Reminds me of the bad trope known as , "The plot says so!". I had to listen to this twice! Once on my way home and again on my lunch break. You pretty much nailed it - it felt like stuff you friends might say at a watch party. Especially when the show is so dumb but got made anyway! Seriously, do these writers even bother to proofread their work??? Even as a kid I was expected to do that much for my essays and school newspaper articles!!! If it weren't for low standards, this dreck would have none at all!! I'm surprised you've been able to hold out this long! Other reviewers couldn't handle this drek after episode 3!

Beetlejuice 2 & GoTG 2 shares the same merits of overcrowded yet has aesthetics we love. Difference are Beetlejuice 2 doesn't have emotional weight needed to be. Specifically, Astrid, Lydia & Richard storyline I'm like "Let me cry & cherry that scene, Burton" Also, I can't help other plotlines felt disconnected from 1 another. In way they're resolutions are too isolated despite nothing bad about it while GoTG2 has 5 storylines came into fruition.

Well that was boring. You take to long to get to the F'n point. And leave the comedy to the professionals. Thumbs down.

The third part should have Eugene Levy as a ghost lawyer for Delia and Charles while a paranormal investigator like Jeff Goldblum along with a psychic partner Johnny Depp could get rid of Beetlejuice.

George Lucas did Not Respect his Previous “Work”.

The Cake lip sync and children's choir singing Day-O were both unnecessary moments and indicated that Tim Burton literally forgot his own lore. Considering hes admitted he didnt wach the first movie before developing the second...maybe he should have to be honest. Connecting Day-O to the Deetzes is not in keeping with the mythos bc...the Deetzes were NOT the Harry Belafonte fans. Making people lip sync to music is...also a thing the Maitlands did, not Betelguy. I just wish hed kept track of his own lore idk idk idk idk

GOOD NEWS!!! It's official - The Acolyte is CANCELLED!!! Someone somewhere had the wherewithal to pull the plug on this pile of dreck and not insist everything is fine!!!

A friend saw this in theaters and was satisfied with it. As stated it's more or less a love letter to the FOX Marvel films and that made it likeable. I don't know if I'll see it in theaters but it's worth a watch on cable at least.

You've made me a very happy woman! Thank you!! I knew this show would make a positive impression! I felt the same way you did - with every episode, I couldn't wait to find out what was coming next! I'm curious if you plan on watching all of it in Japanese or the English dub version at some point (which is an option on Crunchyroll). To be fair, I did watch it in both to make my own comparisons and I think both were fine. Taiju's English dub voice in particular really brings out the boisterous and heartfelt feelings which make you feel that this is how someone would emote if they were in the same situation - especially when he expresses his feelings about Yuzuriha. Imagine literally loving someone for over 3,000 years!! Senku's and Taiju's friendship is an interesting one. At first you might get a "Pinky & The Brain" vibe from their early interactions, but eventually you'll see more than that - despite Senku's seemingly cold and rational exterior. Later on there will be subtle facial expressions from him that shows they're like brothers. Overall, a great first showing!!!!

Didn't watch the series and only skipped through this video to learn who smilo Ren (brilliant name) is. Just one question: If I got this right, these forest creatures were attracted by the light of the droid and thus attacked, why were they not attracted by the LIGHT-sabers? I mean, they were basically swinging flashy lasers around for minutes. How were the creatures not agitated? Is there an explanation? Or just "well we did not think of that?" from the writers?

They hired writers who knew nothing about Star Wars, who are only copying the events in Star Wars, yet lack the ability to tell a story with the underlying emotions that support it. They can't understand why OG Star Wars fans don't like the show because they use familiarity to bring in those fans, then stun the fans with a bad story, bad writing, and blame the fans for not liking it.

Star Wars fan has never heard of the Knights of Ren. Color me unsurprised. Maybe just do content on things you enjoy, rather than working backwards from the conclusion that you dislike anything Disney.
