Four Horsemen Outer Space challenge. The Starliner
My build for the July Four Horsemen challenge. The theme was Outer Space. So I did a mashup of 2 West Coast Flyers and created a Flash Gordon inspired spaceship. Really a fun, goofy build. Hope you like it.

Wastelands Wednesday 66. Gaslands UK’s COTM July challenge. Life of Crime

This week I built a crime boss car for Gaslands UK’s COTM July challenge. The theme was Life of Crime. Used a Matchbox 34 Chevy and gave it rat rod makeover. Pretty happy with how it came out. Hope you like it.
Diecast Graveyard’s Ginormous Challenge part 4. Mystery Machine

My entry for Diecast Graveyard’s Ginormous Challenge. The theme for the fourth installment was movie or TV car. So I used a Deco Delivery by Hot Wheels to do a Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo. Came out okay, with the exception of some color bleed when I applied the clear coat. Hope you like it.

Here is a brief rundown of DEATHRACE 2024. Had 22 amazing participants pair off for 11 races on Night 1. On Night 2, wastelands tracks were played. 12 racers battled through the Valley of Machines. Then 6 cars made a desperate race across the plains. Only 2 survived to face the horrors of the Green. A truly great and fun event. Thanks to everyone who participated. Another great job. I enjoy watching you realize your idea piece by piece. I'm always surprised that you - like many of your colleagues - use the juwel saw for sawing work. I prefer to do work like this with a rotary tool. And a glove to protect against the heat.....🤗 It's quick and convenient for me.
@@Trommelfritz thanks for checking it out. I use the jewelers saw for precision work and the smaller blades waste less material. But there’s a time and place for dremel work.

Great job! I like it before and after the clearcoat. I had an issue with clearcoat on enamel hydrodip, took a light colored vehicle and turned it dark, weird! Nice to see Zelda again too 😉

@@jodezero lol, Zelda knows she'll never be too big, your desk will just be too cluttered. What's that cat saying? If I sits -I fits. The tiniest boxes are fun for them.
Great work as always. Awesome casting, cool fenders . Nice 👍 Big like , paint still looks good . I have had that problem myself with clear coat paint, where it all bubbled up and I had to re strip the paint . Cool video . Mike .

Never thought of this casting / livery combination. Really inventive, and I wish I had your ability to hand paint details like that. I agree that the paint running contributes to the spooky, and it gives me all kinds of ideas in the rust department. Love it!

Looks amazing and very nice idea I would never think about using that type of van but Bob Ross says beat a devil out your bras and paint little happy orange flowers on your van and a great video and keep up your great work and And it does kind of look creepy or a little bit dirty but a video and a great custom car and keep up your great work Jody.
