Pork chop,nice bike by the way,ok so I'm coming from a 50cc moped bike,I'm buying my second bike in a few weeks,it's a Honda cb500f,it's a naked bike,I was wanting a rental 500 or the 1100,but I'm not experienced enough yet to go on a cruiser,but I will in time,so for my first manual bike,I like the naked bikes myself but I do love the older bikes,some of the cruisers are a bit too heavy for me,so I chose a light framed bike so I can go make my license,so the Honda is technically my second bike,but my first bike is an automatic if that makes sense an it require a endorsement,I had my heart set on a KTM Duke 390 2024 model,its a 400cc single cylinder,the Honda is a parallel twin, weights 432lba,which I'm fine with,it's a 2015 an has been taken really good care of,now you speak of not having a gear indicator on your bike,this one doesn't either so I guess I'm going to have to know my bike an get use to it which I plan on anyway before taking my test,also it's 4.5 gallon tank an gets 67 miles or 80 to a gallon is riden sensiblely,which I don't speed anyway an has enough power an horsepower for myself to stay up to speed with traffic or distance myself,also has abs,so I will try learning to ride without a gear indicator an learn my bike to be a better rider, mostly just commuting but plan on riding on trips with it,also my bike is liquid cooled too,I bought my first bike to learn how to work on it sense it was carburetorlated,my newer well it will be to me is fuel injected,this guy im buying from gave a hell of a deal on it for 3100.00,the newer Honda cb 500 f is like 8,000 out the door, maybe one day ill get me a Harley Davidson 883,i do like Honda fury chopper bike,just something about the older bikes but yes i definitely dont want the bike vibrating so hard from torque an felling like it's gonna rattle apart on me,yes I know on highway lighter bikes get pushed around by wind,but for me I mostly ride around town an on back roads,I dont get on the interstate much,I do like how you made your rebel your own bike an like what you did with the handle bars for your comfort and preferences,guys always telling me I need a Harley an im like bro,that thing will crush me,so I e sat on a few bikes to fit my means an something I can handle, anyways good video,you sound like a pretty Kool lady,I told my new girlfriend I want to get more comfortable riding an more experience before i trust myself letting her on the bike with me,I'm a tall 5'11 skinny guy,like i said at dealerships, sitting on bikes off the kick stand holding them up to what works for me,they tried to sell me something heavier,an I was no,yeah the bike was low like a z400 by Kawasaki,but stopped an power on,it was heavy too,so anyway,i finally found something I like,i was gonna buy a rebel off marketplace,so maybe when I get money saved up,I'll buy one an have two good bike to switch out,also,yes I agree on the seats,after 30 minutes on my first small bike,my ass would go numb,so I got myself a geal cushion cover an it helped

I currently have a Honda Shadow 750 and i recently rode the rebel 1100 DCT (automatic). I've been thinking of getting a Sportster and shopping around, but yesterday saw a relatively low priced rebel 500 and started wondering if there were reviews of Sportster vs rebel 500. Your review very much sways me in favor of the rebel. While i think of the Sportster as a bucket list bike, i don't think i need the rumble, vibrations and extra weight. I'll rather have light weight, chill cruising. Now i think my ideal bike currently in production would be the manual transmission rebel 1100 (with my ideal vintage bike being the 80s magna 750), but that's several thousand above my current budget and it's not my most important expense to make at this time in life.

I cannot believe that these 21st century riders on cruisers no matter the brand have to have a fucking cell phone mounted on the handle bars. I had only cruisers for quite a while but there were no cell phones then. Now I have a roadster, I've always had naked bikes ...But I refuse to put a cell phone on my bars, I don't even wear a watch. Riding is being free and also a unique individual experience adding gadgets that connect you to other simply destroys the whole concept of being a rider.

They both make 45 HP, but with Harley's extra weight it's damn near dead even on speed due to the torque jump in the beginning with the Iron. It all comes down to preference, your budget and how the consumer wants to approach it. My first bike was the Reb 500 why? Because In the beginning I wanted to dip my toe in the riding world cheaply, with reliability and something that looked nice. For me I knew Honda would start every time without fail, that the Rebel has THE easiest maintenance schedule of any bike I've heard of. It's literally change the oil when it says to and check the chain tension.......that's it, period. No tightening your frame or any other jazz. Anyway it served it's purpose as my starter and in March of 2021 I'm buying a softail standard my first Harley.......I hope I don't regret it and wish I got the Rebel 1100 instead.... fingers crossed.

I got a 2017 Honda Rebel 300. Honestly, I ride to cruise and have a good time. I think my 300 is fast enough for me. I've been wanting to upgrade to a Goldwing but because I have passengers at times. It's so hard NOT to love my bike. Just added color to it by adding LED lights all around so I can ride in style and for visibility but your ride is SICK! Paint job is lovely! Will deff check out Steady Garage! Hope to get some white walls soon as well.

I’m a new rider and looking to get either the Honda rebel 500 or the 883. I have have bad knees with one knee replacement.I had problems with my legs my whole life so I’m wondering should I get the Honda because it’s lighter so it doesn’t drop all the time or is it a big difference on holding it up when you’re backing up or putting it away. Or when you hit the front brake accidentally when your wheel is turned. Do you find it any difference in that perspective? Thank you so much if you’re gonna respond to this I’d love to know

I learned how to re heat french frys with like 95% accuracy to the original taste. U just put some oil on them and pop them in the oven for a few minutes, they’ll come out hot n crispy
