I think that they could have handled it far more better than what they did, most of his time in the mcu the character has been belittled in strength and intelligence where they sideline the character never going fully deep into his character, they don’t even go into his back story on when he was a child which is so crucial in the comics, saying that they couldn’t do anymore with his power doesn’t make sense where you have character like Thor, doctor strange, scarlet witch and captain marvel where they have been constantly showing how powerful they are with their more impressive budget but they wouldn’t even think about how powerful hulk SHOULD BE is frankly disappointing, they don’t even really tap into how smart banner is, only giving use a handful of scenes showing us his intelligence

The arc was good it’s just how Disney has treated him after endgame specifically in she hulk that was ultimate disrespect all of the out cry has come out from how he was nothing but a joke in a terrible show. No one is angry about smart hulk people are angry about joke hulk.

He never redeemed himself against Thanos. If he did the arc would be satisfying but he didn’t.

Ironically the most forgetful target in the game is Robert, his introduction is strong but at the end of the game I was expecting a stronger clash between him and Altair(you can argue he does get it) but instead of getting his confession about why he made the order and his mission we get the... Reveal. A biter sweet character

MGS1 did have analog support back in the day. I believe it was Dualshock 1 controller that had the sticks. Hopefully you enjoy MGS2, it's an unique game in the series

I have the exact same opinion about how much better Death Stranding would be as a game if all you did was walk from place to place. Take all the monsters and enemies and throw them out. Take all the drama and toss it. Just let me be Norman Reedus walking from place to place and enjoying the scenery. Let me wonder how things came to be like this and don't ever give me an answer. It's better never knowing. If Hideo Kojima had written Jumanji (1995), the second half of the movie would be about the origin of the game and what powers its magic. Dude, just don't explain it. It doesn't need an explanation. It's better without one. Think how much better the game would be if you had the BBs and the ETs and just never explained any of it. You imply that the characters might understand it but they never feel the need to explain it to us any more than we feel the need in real life to explain to each other how electricity works. We don't because it's just normal to us. Had the world of Death Stranding been allowed to just be normal to them and remain unexplained to us, it would have been so much more engaging. Hideo is a guy who thinks his greatest strength is the fantastic worlds he creates but really his greatest strength is the characters he puts into the worlds he makes.

I didnt mind the cutscenes all too much, i viewed them more as pitstops or traffic where you have to stop and relax (although i can understand the complaints). My problem was how kojima's american truck sim was stopped every 10 minutes for the worlds lamest shooter or a horror game where the enemies weakness is moving slow. I think these encounters are far too common, and just distract from the main game loop. Imagine if the BTs forced you to use more interesting movement, the mules were originally fine with their trucks and spears testing your dodging skills and speed but later they get guns and now the only solution is to fight every time you walk past them.

Okay, so, it's probably because you didn't get to Episode 3 yet. After that you get to experience the main map and there aren't many interruptions. You can play for hours and hours without doing anything story related. Just hang in there and finish the first two episodes.

Best way to play Death Stranding is to finish the game then play Death Stranding lmao I should probably play it again I was making a fast travel system with the ziplines I know I made the last part from like 2 hours of going back and forth on the mountains into like 3 30 second ziplines and was eventually just going to put the across the map so people could try speed running the game lol

Fortunately, thankfully, in the Director's Cut the interruptions are skippable.

This sounds so ironic, but I think he is being genuine. Like, Gary’s mod mechanics sounds so, I dunno, informal and jokey, and they are a controversial element to the game. I know I don’t care for them.

If you struggle long enough, you’ll get a codec saying that you can attack the two statues on either side of the map and after that you’ll be able to hit the psych mantis
