This will never happen in any military facility in Asia or anywhere else. Mall security guards in other countries have more power than these "toy" soldiers. These Guards are worthless and should be sent back to the regular Army and made to do field training. Sitting on a horse, not doing their jobs, and allowing the Morons to ignore the rules should be grounds for removal of these "Highly Trained" Guards! What a joke!

Only breaks the rules if the guards allow it, and it shows a reflection of there unit in a whole and leadership, just confusion, weakness and lack if being able to do your duties or chooses not too! Rules are clear and should be enforced, if not you have no business representing your unit or the uniform you wear!
