I had same experience dropping luggage. Absolute cluster. Hate the process at Vancouver. Which is too bad, as Vancouver itself is great. The embarcation process is the worst I have ever experienced.

My parents (both around 80 years old) who don't speak a word of English are going on a cruise from Vancouver terminal. Seeing the confusing, the long and complicated process, I now have serious doubt about the whole idea. They are going with friends, one of them who claims to know how to speak English. I hope they all end up on the right cruise. God helps us...
