Time for a thesaurus.. every adjective is either "Gorgeous" and/or "Beautiful" I appreciate the tour... but you said each one enough that I noticed how much you said it.
Why in the world are builders putting the laundry room at the front door? No one wants to smell dirty laundry and wash soap when you have guests over?
I’d say convenience so the master can have access to it. I’ve seen some laundry rooms on the second floor on some plans but I see more of them being close the garage and the master .

That front room has NO closet nor storage…. Not a good look for a room doubling as a sleeping space….
That room closest to the front door was built as a study not a bedroom , the option to make it into a bedroom with a closet is there, with this model they decided to make it only as a study . There is also storage space right outside the room as well! They have a lot of structural options! Thank you for commenting!

You aren’t very good at showing a home. I couldn’t tell were each room was your intro was too long and for me no master should be that small or on the first floor, this of course are just my opinions on the house shown .
