Mag aaply na po sa bank for financing loan, and then wait na lang po for approval, pag naapprove po proceeed na po ba agad yun sa processing ng pag turn over? at wala na po kayo Ma'am ibang binayaran after DP po hanggang sa maturn over na po sa inyo ang unit? Planning na po kasi mag pareserve and natatakot po kami na mga may mga bank charges pa at magulat po kami sa need bayaran bago po maturn over bahay. Salamat po in advance😊

hi hello there, yes you are right.. it was quite a vintage look, and the good thing was that the space was generously enormous. however it is not near to any mall but you can just take a walk going to metro or any supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby.
