Hello this is the bike that I just got. It came with only the “manual” the after sales lady gave me and it contains no useful information at all! I’ve no idea how to hit 40mph like promised on the web page and the power has cut to almost zero! I need you to put each and every setting at/to…also what the recommended air pressure for front and back for better mileage??

I got my bike and changed a bunch of settings now the MPH doesn't display and the speed is very slow. I tried reseting it to factory but it doesn't reset it

I have Romeo pro 2 and pressing reset doesn’t do jack other than clearing the error codes and restarting the cpu

I just bought a 2023 model Juliet (2 weeks before the 2024 came out uggh) I still love it though. What I want to know is how to unlock some more speed. I noticed in the settings it said 51 mph max speed for factory and the tire size was set to 24 instead of 20. However no matter what you set the tire size to it tops out at 31-32 mpg. This tells me some other setting is limiting it. Which isn't bad but I would feel safer being able to go at least 35 mph to keep up with traffic, 40 would be even better. This bike clearly has enough power to go a bit faster.

Can you explain why my battery life oscillates up and down well I'm writing it on the 48-volt setting but doesn't oscillate the charge when on a 36 volt setting I just got the bike and it's doing this right out of the box
