Trabalho com Arquitetura de Layout de Farmácias junto com o gerenciamento de categorias de farmácias, que é organizada junto com o consultor de trade marketing. Acabei ampliando meu leque de conhecimentos e entendendo que é necessário não somente uma manutenção constante do planograma, mas também todo um ecossistema de informações para organizar a gondola. Acredito que o treinamento de um gestor de planograma seja um investimento super útil dentro de um varejo. Um profissional que saiba ler a curva ABC e com isso, escolher as melhores estratégias.

While the benefits of using modern tms were explained well I felt your presentation lacked a clear example of how your customers are reaping the benefits on their investment of using rinkai or other solutions. It would have been interesting to see some specific business cases on those lines. Also, the product demo could have been a bit longer where you could have shown how your customer achieved their optimisation goals. Loved the product, it’s capabilities and look & feel. Any chance there are learning resources available to explore? Thanks! Good stuff…
