You could have used dots of Washable School Glue to hold the fabric in place (and leave the pins out of the way). The patched jeans look comfortable; and, they are now a designer original. The bags are very nice. You do wonderful work.

I was watching someone do some sashiko sewing the other day on a pair of jeans and she put a book in the leg of the trousers to make life easier.It does work. it creates a barrier. :)

I love to crochet too. I am staging (collecting stuff) for jewelry making. but, haven't really done it yet. Have you noticed how each craft skill can combine with other hobbies? For instance crocheting trim on a sewing project. Or painting fabric. I needed some pattern weights. But am too cheap to pay the prices they want for them. I saw some flat rocks at the river where I walk my dog. I thought I could paint them and seal with a coat of poly acrylic. They work great and I get to enjoy my different painting techniques. I would enjoy a jewelry making tutorial/video. Your patchwork pillows are beautiful. I love the way the colors match your crocheted blanket.

Creativity is life and it pours out in everything we do. What a treat to see your jewellery too! It all belongs together. I enjoyed in particular all the stories each stone contains, where they came from, and now you are composing new stories for them. The earrings of different lengths go very well together and create such a dynamic composition being different.

It’s like having a chat with a fellow crafter and hoarder ❤ I don’t have long neck so the shorter would be my choice

I found a great way to tighten up loose necklines! My arms have gotten so fat and I don’t want them to show, so I buy sizes too large to cover my arms. Then the neckline and everything else is too big. I used a thread called Eco Flex. It’s supposed to be an elastic thread, but doesn’t have massive stretch. I threaded a needle with it and hand stitched in the neckline, much like a basting stitch, and snugged it up a bit like gathering but not quite so obvious as a fully gathered edge! It was just enough to keep it from exposing my bra straps, and so on!

I just realized that the video changed and I didn't notice I was watching a 2nd video. So I commented on your hoodie and jacket on the wrong video. 🤦‍♀ They are lovely.

The Hoodie and your jacket are lovely. But, the fabric painting stole the show.😎😎 I was cringing, cheering and yelling advise. Then I remembered I had never done fabric painting and didn't know what I was talking about. 😜😜 It was like watching a sporting event. All the drama excitement and danger of disaster. This is something I have wanted to try but was too afraid. The patchwork and bag are fantastic! It is a gold medal winner!!
