Secrets Puerto Los Cabos 2023
This resort was fabulous! The employees were really nice and the grounds were pristine! The food at the Mexican (Saul was so nice and kept bringing out food to try), Italian (food fresh and authentic), and Asian (Hibachi you need reservations for and have to go in person to reserve earlier, the day of) restaurants were delicious and very nice....the buffet breakfast at the Market Cafe not so much. The Coffee shop was good and had little bites of pastries, sandwiches and fruit that you can take with you on the go. The party pool, with a swim up bar, had a Gecko in the tree and he liked to swim from place to place. We didn't go in that pool. The infinity pool in the Preferred Club area was awesome!! We stayed most of swim time there. You can't swim in the ocean in Cabo. The waves are too big and dangerous. If you want to swim in the ocean, go to Cancun area.

Preferred Club Ocean View King Room. Make sure you get what you paid for and are expecting. The first room had a musty smell and didn't have some of the amenities that the 2nd room had. Nor did it have the Ocean View. So we asked for a different room and they provided one with no problem. Thx for the 2023 video.. looks more like a personal documentary. Rather than all the dead silence, would help viewers if you would comment on your flights, transportation, hotel, food, service, costs, activities, etc.. PROS & CONS of each and if you would do anything different.

@@jessicahoffman5769 so there’s a Facebook group out there that I found. The answer is the water is cold but you can request to have it heated but it doesn’t do much. Basically, it’s cold haha

How was the food? Did you find yourself using the private terrace instead of normal pool or beach most days?
Hi! The food was excellent there! The only one we didn.t particular care for was the french restaurant. The Habachi restaurant and Mexican restaurant we would highly recommend. We spent one full day at the beach and didn.t use the terrace pool as much as we hoped to, because my husband hurt himself getting out of the jacuzzi tub. He didn.t think he could make it up and down the stairs to our private pool safely, so we used the other resort pools more. Thanks for your questions! Please like and hit subscribe.

Where is this one located, cancun or punta cana ?
Hi, thanks for watching! There are 2 Excellence in Cancun. This one is North of Cancun (about 30 minutes from the airport). The other is in Riviera Maya (about 30 minutes South from airport). We plan on visiting the other in the future. Please like and subscribe 😎

Great video! Are they still providing room service with COVID? And how do you feel the water was at this time of year? Did it feel too choppy to swim?
Thanks for watching! Yes they did provide room service, bar service, and turn down service every day we were there (covid times). The water was a little choppy when we were there. We waded up to our knees and mostly spent time in the pools. Don't forget to subscribe to our channel, so that you can watch future videos :)

Hi! Thanks. We think the food there was really good, except for the buffet at Toscana... Wasn.t worth the time to go. Our favorites were the Agave, Hibachi grill at Spice - need to make a reservation for, and Wine cellar at Chez. At Chez you need to make a reservation for, but you can even book it before you go on your trip. The restaurant was no extra charge, but having dinner in the wine cellar was extra for premium wine. We ordered several different items from room service and it was all good. Don't be shy about ordering more than one appetizer or more than one dessert at any of the restaurants.
