@@Mamadouro17 honestly maybe it could be a good tactic for like lower leagues of England like Vanrama, League 2. However I do recommend using more direct tactics than possession tactics in the lower league since your players are that great to play in a possession style, but once you go up the division and set up a transfer plan then implement a possession system once you get the players.

No disrespect to this lad but this tactic isnt great and straight up isnt Cruffs 343. Cruyffs team set up like modern Pep, out of possession 433, in possession a defender moves up to create the diamond for a 343 formation. You need 4 defenders out of possession otherwise like you said, you get killed on the wings. I'll show you how I set up for the Cruyff style of play: Start in a 4231 (IFB-WCB-L-IFB) - (BBM-AP) - (W-SS-W) - (AF). The way this works is out of possession you defend in this 4231, but when you have the ball your Libero moves up to be the #6 in a 343 diamond. Also, since IFB are very hard to come by in FM, a little cheat you could do is set up the defense like (IFB-WCB-L-WCB). Meaning a 3back (as shown in the video) with an IFB on one of the sides. On paper it looks kinda lobsided, but on the pitch it defends as a flat back 4, i promise. This tactic is quite literally Cruyffs tactic, the only difference is Cruyff defended in 433, i defend in 4231, but defending in 433 and attacking in 343 diamond is a mess on fm, as the midfield doesn't rotate laterally very well

try to use the different versions inside the match. I think many people will struggle to keep a lead since the defensive version has "Time Wasting" to frequently, so turn that off and maybe change the mentality to cautious or defensive instead of balanced. This tactic is not supposed to score goals but to keep clean sheets, but be careful when to use these versions.

@@phuclam978 thank you very much, I was tired of seeing all these tactics that are plug and play which all are the same in my opinion. So I decided to make realistic tactics but not that you can just plug in with any team, these variants should be used for in game scenarios which will massively increase your chances of maximizing the points for you team. Micro management is very important in Football Manager especially tactics

There's plenty of info re Cruyff and his tactics/philosophy. 'Brilliant Orange' a book by David Winner is a great read and great place to start on Cruyff and Dutch football

@@erenyagmur3020 it does not matter what tactical style to use. Only what you have to do is pick any style and copy down the instructions and you should have the tactic.

@@erenyagmur3020 it doesn’t matter what tactic styles to use, if you copy down the exact team instructions from the tactic you will have the same. I always start with gegenpress or clean slate and add the instructions.
