simple, because of immersion sake many (traditional) gamers would rather play as a gender they resonate with. But at the same time we need to fix the issue of female spaces in gaming. At the time Normally RPG players are male spaces. So for many people it's similar to making a Barbie game with Ken as the protagonist 🤷 But I suppose it's gunna change, and maybe it should? Because there are too many male only spaces? All I'm saying is gaming is going to get complicated in the next 5 years.
