Just happened to me. It's so fucking annoying at this point I should have over 100 wins but it only officially counts 80. Just got a disgusting 13 kill win, honestly one of my best games ever and it didn't even count. Black screen. But when I go on cod tracker all my stats for the game and the win are recorded This is a serious problem. How this is still going on is absolutely mind-blowing. What's the fucking point of playing if your stats and wins aren't even going to count. It's like I just had one of my best games ever and the game treats it like it didn't even happen. I have no more words for this mind-blowing issue.

They told me to try clearing cache by turning of the xbox. unplug the power brick from the back of the console. Wait like 30 sec and the turn it on. It does help a couple of days, but it did happend again last weekend -.-
You may have to do it every update

I fixed my issue. Turns out it was my external drive. If you have any connected disconnect them and power cycle the console (not hard reset) I've been credited every win since
