I just got a acer aspire 3 15 today (Christmas), while i’m not ungrateful I just want a gaming laptop that can play my favourite games like a ps5 or a ps4 not this garbage low stuff. I’m very new to laptops and pc’s as a whole, I’ve never had a true pc yet and probably never will not because I don’t want to but I’m not used to gaming like that. I’m stuck with my parents and can hardly do anything on my own and stuff I ask for I hardly get, mostly because where I live is very secluded and isolated we have to take a ferry to get to the mainland and it takes hours to get into a real city with even a mall. And my parents know nothing about stuff like this and get the cheapest thing they can, we do budget but it’s not a super issue or anything we’re not rich or anything but not poor either so getting stuff like massive TVs or new gaming consoles aren’t hard for us. Getting a gaming laptop would and could be a lot better if I could get it myself but I have a lot of issues and again can’t do much and asking them to do it always leaves me a bit disappointed, but they’re gen x so eh? But still is the acer aspire 3 15 and this worth it fuck no! Not if you’re doing stuff like this hot garbage, even if it was midrange I’d be a bit happier but budget my fucking gods this thing is shit! Garbage specs are 6 gigs of ram and only 215gb of storage and I’m not expecting 4K from a laptop but better then 1080p for gods sake 1080 is pushing ps3 and Xbox 360 and ps4 and Xbox one level. I want to play games I’m a gamer not a student I don’t do anything else so this thing is very shit to me!
