Hello, Dee here! Welcome to my channel! My passion is for health, healing and happiness and I'll be sharing about general life things here as well as learnings from my own self-development journey and insights from my psychology doctorate, my work with clients, wisdom gained from energy healing and from yoga philosophy and eastern teachings! As a holistic psychologist I believe in an integrated approach to wellness and I hope this channel will give some nourishment for mind, body and soul.
