How did you get the velcro on??

great tutorial! But you could lose the music.

Although I followed your instructions the "Distort" meny is greyed out - no locked layer and only the distort and video alternative is grey. Do someone know a fix? (PS 2024)

How could I apply this as just text so essentially place it on any image and it's just the text affected and nothing else. Basically making a png because I can't very well place this on a book cover if I'm honest.

That's a really nice build! I love your video presentation on this Build definitely gonna save some money on this build rather then going with a mac.

I'm an author and would like to use this method for my cover text. Would it be possible to use my cover art instead of the black layer? Or how would you go about still having the smoky look without covering the entire cover?
