Beautiful home. I love the European style.

Perfect location, just for the schools. My schools Sutton Middle & Northside High School, now North Atlanta. What about the elementary school? Garden Hills maybe? Beautiful home…. I grew up in Atlanta, Kirkwood, but went to school from elementary to high school, in Buckhead. Also, I love how private it seems.

It has all the elements I most admire in a home... the exterior has all the architectural interest of a fine property, and it flows with beauty & perfection into the elegant, yet understated interior! It feels exactly like the home I'd enjoy spending the remainder of my life in... Enjoying the natural inviting outdoor space... and the beautiful simplicity of the fine interior. It's a home to be fully enjoyed, no matter the season, and as a solitary lover of art, music & nature...it calls to me in a loud whisper! But alas... I may just be a bit too old... Enjoy! ❤❤❤

The exterior and the 1st floor designed much better than the 2nd floor

I'm confused. Is this woman the realtor? I know the gentleman is but she seems to point out certain things she hasn't seen before. If she is a realtor, she seems surprised when observing different parts of the house.

The home needs better staging for more appeal. The home itself is Beautiful. While a buyer is definitely looking for structure and space, that WOW factor of even one staged room can really sell a house. Better staging here.

This house is far from 2.5 million, I’m sorry, cheap materials and poor design. I could list the issues but I don’t have the time or patience but NO Views are lovely but that’s about it
