That's when you know it'll be a good show. The only time I've been to a show where a moshpit started before the band even got on stage was during Slaughter To Prevail. Absolutely mad how crazy the crowd got for them.

@@Bud183he has a lot of technique and can go high or low, but that’s not the vibe of the music. He’s just screaming with everything he has it’s not meant to sound good, it’s meant to sound visceral. If it makes you feel better yeah it does sound bad but paired with the music it’s great. Tons of worse vocalists out there

It sounds great live and I'm pretty sure they danmar metal pads, not triggers.. ive yet to a see any signs of triggers and I'm a pretty well invested knocked loose fan and drummer. but yes, in the video they sound way too over powering. I saw them 2 days later, this was the show before orlando and orlando was the tour end. It was so sick!

@@LokaVision its a trigger tuned with the rest of the kit and guitars. most bands dont even give a shit about that in heavy music. the snare is how lars meant to make the snare of st anger but didnt know shit about how to use a drum key. the kicks are def mixed heavy on purpose and the flow of the hits are a bit off at times making the sound tuning they are intended to have with the power of a punch off at times. its a little too sharp of a snap in my opinion and thats what is rough about triggers. but. when played well and mixed correctly in a live setting it gives the sound and feel its supposed to.

Hard disagree, most bands nowadays use them live for metal/hardcore. As a drummer, the more the better lol crush me with those slaps. Like a marble hitting the floor, OG As I Lay Dying style hahahaha

part of it is the work hes doing isnt the best at times. its rushed and floppy at times. i love the dude but sometimes the sloppiness really shows when you use things like triggers on double bass and then put them high in the mix for a punching impact. they are tuned along with the rest of the set to be in key unlike a lot of other metal acts. its intended to add a backing and the punch of the high tone trigger processing is intended to work with the rhythm and be in tune so its slides into the pocket. but its really stands out when its off. plus the mix imo like i said is pretty heavy on the snap.

that breakdown in the end of that tune is one of my favorites of all time. its just hits. plus the meaning of loss its meant for hits me right in the feelz. then the guitar fading out after when they closed the shows with it was legit the best closing vibe ive seen recently. the upon loss singles are fire and the vids with em are cool af.

@@ChainChomp122 bruh. after first seeing them on youtube before the release of the recent album and how many people were at that festival losing their shit then seeing they were playing a small library size room on a floor with no security in hardcore style, my thought was "everyone is gonna die and they are gonna love every moment to the end." lol. shit is fire af they can do that. its a special thing not present at this level anymore. the mosh pits at shows etc. its a lost vibe a lot of times today.
