@jamesroberts6577 well obviously its gone now because i went out filming i couldn't wear shoes at all last week. On Friday afternoon i was wearing shoes for the first time because i was going out with them and when i was out i had food and after it felt different so i got home and it did pop which is what i wanted coz it wouldn't hurt and wouldn't know

@Welshtrainspotting2024 ah ok im glad u are watching it thanks. My foot had a blaster last Sunday after seeing the bridge coz my shoe had a hole in it so i changed to my snow boots which i haven't been wearing yet this winter but anyway i couldn't put any shoes on for the week
