Thank you for sharing this! I just started a goal to start working out to equalize the amount of exercise that I get at my job. Im focused on strengthening my muscles so I can be my best at work. Im a vet assistant at a vet clinic in Sandusky. I find myself feeling exhausted after helping out with an appointment, mostly because I am trying to restrain a dog (that’s stronger than me) from wiggling. My goal is to strengthen my back, arms, and legs. That way I can feel more confident in my job and also that I’m not injure myself. ( like pull a muscle)
