Aliens: fact or fiction?
There are the believers and the non-believers, which one are you? Alexandria shares some thoughts on UFOs and aliens. She speaks to some unusual occurrences she has seen in the sky, along with the visions she has had in a hypnogogic state. Whether we believe or not, it is helpful to keep an open mind as to what is happening in our vast cosmos.

Surrendering all that we are not, to become all that we are
มุมมอง 102หลายเดือนก่อน
The spiritual practice of surrendering can lead us to our highest truth. When Alexandria went to a Buddhist Retreat she learnt how to Touch the Earth before the Buddha (a modern description for prostrations). Her ego greatly resisted having to bow down before statues of the Buddha. Given her notable resistance, she needed to do a lot of it before she could reap any benefit. In time, she found t...
Just one day where everyone chooses life (no suicides)
มุมมอง 47หลายเดือนก่อน
Suicide is a global epidemic affecting us all. People are ending their human journeys at a rate of one every minute. Yes, every single minute. These are tragic statistics and highly indicative of societies in great turmoil. We need to do better than this. We need to turn this ship around. We can turn our suffering into compassion, our resentment into gratitude, our darkness into light. We can t...
Local and global vibrations
มุมมอง 23หลายเดือนก่อน
We each have a calling and a purpose. The key is to be able to find it. Our human lives give us endless choices for how we want to fashion our lives. It is up to us, as to how we design them. All of our choices impact the other parts of the whole. We can focus on playing small or we can dare to dream big. Alexandria is ready to step into the arena.
Everywhere I go, the spiritual landscapes are the same
มุมมอง 252 หลายเดือนก่อน
As Alexandria's China trip is winding down, she considers what she has seen and learnt from her time in this vast land. She focuses on what the faces of the people tell her, and the similarities with the faces of the people from the other countries she has travelled to. She is thankful to China and all that it has shown her.
The energy remains
มุมมอง 1432 หลายเดือนก่อน
A week in Hong Kong is restful after a month-long tour of China. Alexandria delights in the western vegan food (especially the burgers) and the English menus. She spends much time in communion with the divine. She ponders on the energy we leave behind us; long after our feet have been there.
When the student is ready
มุมมอง 192 หลายเดือนก่อน
It is said that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Alexandria shares her connection with her favourite Buddhist teacher - Thich Nhat Hanh, lovingly known as Thay. He was a young Vietnamese monk when the Vietnam war commenced. He was a strong advocate for peace. This ultimately resulted in him being exiled from his country of origin. He founded the Order of Inter-Being and built Plu...
Temples, trains and my questionable hair
มุมมอง 262 หลายเดือนก่อน
Alexandria spends 5 nights in the heat of Chengdu. She visits some Buddhist and Taoist temples. She doesn't go to the panda sanctuary. Alexandria then speeds to Xi'an on a bullet train, her first one. In Xi'an, an old injury flares up while she is on her own. She displays her questionable hair.
When the Buddha talks
มุมมอง 1173 หลายเดือนก่อน
The Buddha told us that we create the world with our thoughts. When we think we can't hear from Buddha Shakyamuni, we probably won't be able to. When we think we can hear from Buddha Shakyamuni, and all the other buddhas and bodhisattvas who have gone before us, maybe magic will happen. Maybe.
Tibetans and Australian Aboriginals
มุมมอง 3683 หลายเดือนก่อน
A Tibetan masseuse reveals some distressing home truths. This gets Alexandria to thinking about the similarities between Tibet and Australia. Along with cultural identities in a transient world.
Tibet Train, Lhasa and Altitude Sickness
มุมมอง 533 หลายเดือนก่อน
She's on her way to Tibet! Alexandria flies from Shanghai to Xining. She spends 3 nights there. Then it is time for the 22hr train journey to Lhasa. While she is extremely trepidatious about the train, the journey goes better than expected - it is an amazing train ride! She arrives in Lhasa feeling pretty good. It takes her a few days to realise the extent of her altitude sickness.
Shanghai come at me!
มุมมอง 4623 หลายเดือนก่อน
The first stop in Alexandria's China trip is Shanghai, home to some 30 million people (that's more than the whole population of Australia!).
Secrets of the Indian Saints
มุมมอง 344 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this digital age, we have an abundance of information at our fingertips. We can google, we can TH-cam and we still have the sanctuary of old-fashioned, hard copy books. There is no excuse not to be learning about the things which interest us. Alexandria is fascinated about the lives of the Indian Saints who came before us, and the secrets they learnt along the path.

The Buddhist remembrances on aging (and dodgy knees)
I’ve seen zipping across the sky, I was with 2 others on a beach in Cape Tribulation. We all agreed at the time no one would ever believe us. Lasted minutes, went across the whole sky, this would have been 25 years ago.
@@Tanya-z1k1w that's so awesome!!
Real…craft have made themselves known to us on many occasions.
Love you he buzz:)
valuable topic
Great
Read the history of the eight hour day. It started in NZ and spread to Australia. Eight hours work, eight hours play, eight hours rest.
Love you Alex❤️🩹 Had me worried for a bit there!! Be safe and enjoy❣️
Thanks Meredith. Love you too. X
<3
Great to see you safe happy and smiling!
Shanghai’s energy is unmatched! What was the most exciting part of your experience in this incredible city?
Welcome 😊
not just shanghai but also the nearby areas have been very hot recently 😂😂😂😂
make sure to drink lots of water (don't worry, toilets in China are free) 😅😅
Thanks for the hydration tip :-) It's great that the toilets are free (same as Australia), and that it is clearly signed which ones are squat and which ones are sit down.
You went there during a Chinese holiday, without having a working phone, and without realizing what season it is. But good for you for having the courage to go despite all the negative press China gets in the western media. I think once you get settled you will find that it was all lies and propaganda. Most people I know have a great time and have been very pleasantly surprised. It’s super advanced, very friendly and helpful, and not at all as we’ve all been led to believe in the west. There is a one sided war going on. Do post follow up videos and let us know :)
I would NEVER consider going there or to RUSSIA!
Hello friend. China wasn't previously on my radar either, nevertheless, I have been enjoying it. How come you wouldn't come here?
That’s unfortunate. You’re missing out on seeing a lot of the world
Thankfully share. Summer very hot
I hope you have the best time! Xx
Thanks mate, it has been great so far. xoxo
Stay safe cuz I admire your courage
Thanks Mandy. China feels very safe, the people have been very kind. xoxo
I appreciate your courage. It’s not easy to swim upstream
@blueberry4082 Aw, thank you so very much for taking the time to say that, it means alot. 💓
You are so amazing
I hear you
❤
You are so bloody amazing. What truths you speak 🙊. Love u cuz I will keep watching
@@AmandaBates-w4p Mandy, that means so much to me. Thank you! All my love 😘
Same haven’t even listened to the end 😅
Beautifully said. Thanks for Sharing.
Thank you 🌸💥🐦
What you said, is what I needed to hear. Thank you for helping to walk me home, dear sister.
I'm glad it resonated. 💛
❤ thank you for coming out of your closet. Couple of years ago I saw a video Diablo to Spirit. It is about a puma named Diablo that is coming out of its night loft into the open space as Spirit. I cried so many times seeing this video. Because it represents coming out of the spiritual closet so well Welcome sister, I ❤ you
Sounds like a powerful video which found you at the right time. Thanks for the welcome, I love you too. 💛
Thank you Alexandria, that was really helpful, ❤
Thank you for sharing your journey. I can totally relate.
Stay positive and live in truth. Religion is not necessary.
I agree, religion is not necessary. However, I have discovered many truths in there. I believe in love above all else. There are so many paths which lead us to the light, we just have to find the right one for us. Happy journeying. All my love. 💛
Sanatana Dharma is universal and meant for all peoples in all times because it is based upon universal spiritual laws and principles that are unchanging. Some people think it is just meant for "Hindus" in India but that's absolutely not so. The words "Hindu/Hinduism" come from an Arabic attempt to pronounce one of the rivers (I can't recall the specific one).
Thanks so very much for this. The universal spiritual laws are definitely unchanging and unavoidable. The challenge is in learning how to flow with them. 💛
The reason they just want to talk and not listen is because of self centeredness and self absorption. You'll never feel seen or heard around anyone like that.
❤
Thank you, Alexandria.
Your brave
Thank you. If you are thinking about it, you should try it. It feels amazing. And if you don't like it, the hair will grow back soon enough.
I loved it long on you so heathy
sure it owuld be nice, but most people don't want to have that convo, nor are they capable of having it in earnest. sometimes distance is the only solution
I understand your point, but I think there is too much distance between people. Which is really conflict. We cultivate peace with the convos, even if the outcome is 'it's better if we go our separate ways, and I earnestly wish you all the best.'
@@Library0fAlexandria I think you might be seeking a final resolution, which could be good or bad depending on your view. On a grand scale the conversation could be an ultimate conflict, with one being destroyed in order for one to exist. We could coexist with distance or face finality, but final is only finality once. Careful the paths we choose.
we can live within the mystery

Hello, how are you doing? Very beautiful haircut. Is there any way to do that? Will you cut women’s hair with you and cut your hair too? I love you. Do you have Instagram?
❤ 🌹
Do you know how exciting it is to be able to cast you to the big screen, right next to Jason Stephenson in my queue?😊
I didn't even think of that. It's exciting for me too, lol! 😘
