On this flight, I brought my co-worker along who had never been in a small airplane. We landed at Lakeway, Horseshoe Bay and Toured some of the highland lakes area and then went back to KAUS.

Come ride along with me over West Austin, The Oasis, Lake Travis, Lakeway into Lakeway Airpark. Always a nice challenging approach. Get comfortable, its a 9 minute video!

Just a quick lap around the pattern at Taylor, Texas.

On this approach to Burnet, TX, coming from the opposite side of the pattern, I flew 500 ft above the pattern over mid-field, executed a right tear-drop down to pattern altitude and joined the left downwind for runway 19. Learned a few things on this approach to do better next time.
