Hey @Taurify, this is Walysson from Brazil, a Traffic Manager specialized in Ads tools. I've been following your content more frequently, but I have some questions about niches like home improvement, especially "Painting." I’ve run traffic campaigns to Messenger but didn’t see results. I noticed you use Instant Forms a lot, and even so, I’ve spent nearly $100 with zero leads. Based on my experience, I always analyze the persona and creatives thoroughly, and I’m also learning from American insights in practice. Still, is there something that might be affecting my poor results? I know it’s hard to say without analyzing the data, but is it normal to spend so much to get just one lead in the painting niche?
80% of the time. It's the product. Product NEED and AD CONTENT are the two things that matters when it comes to Facebook Ads. I have seen ads sold hundreds of product without installing pixels. The Campaign objective was traffic and the optimization goal was landing page.

That’s a good question, it obviously depends on how many people are in the area and what the audience size looks like. The main metric you want to watch in the situation is frequency. With a city around 2 million or 3 million, you should be able to spend at least one $150-$200 per day without any issues.

as you can see most of the time it takes 1000 eye balls for a msg.... ive always used lead and msg ads....by changing it to sales do you notice alot better conversions?
We noticed that when we have the lead objective for ads opposed to the sales objective, the leads are very bad quality. That’s why we started using the sales objective for messages.
@@Taurify Thanks for the reply i have been at this game for 5+ years have 30-40 clients at any given time. Ive always used msg ads as my bread and butter when all else fails, if you use ADRESS and a single question up front for lead forms you should be able to get 40% or better appointment ratio. Ive scaled multiple companies using msg ads. I have never used the sales objective until your video..... what are your overall thoughts lets say you get 30 msgs how many of them are someone wanting to book an appointment vs not?

There are some automation tools in instant forms as well. Landing pages can be a good way to further increase quality, but it can be harder to make them work

CRM is really important. And time for do the quotes too. Or somebody to do that for your business
Absolutely, without a good CRM and system in place, your leads are not able to get managed properly
What about testing ads and variables in the creatives? Like 2 ads with same copy but different images/videos. Find the winner and then duplicate and test new creatives? Or is that strategy dead?
The strategy is still valid, however, I personally recommend testing broad at first and then focusing on micro testing like that.

Targeting is done in the demographics and the creative itself

Hi man! one thing that i want to confirm like you test multiple ads with your every client, just like you said in a video, 21 variations of ad you are running for one client, didn't you have proven Ad templates, like create once and use thousand time, once you got a proven Ad creative & Ad copy you can use that with multiple clients!

Great video! I'm building a cleaning business and am looking to target specific industries-offices, dental practices, law firms, and manufacturing, similar businesses in my area. Any tips on targeting these demographics and reaching key decision-makers effectively in Facebook ads? I fear spending $ and reaching the wrong people/individuals I am targeting. Might have missed when you explained the demographics, behaviors, etc, but if you would please extrapolate it would be greatly appreciated!
Hey thanks, glad you found it helpful! This video is a little old, if you are looking commercial clients (offices, firms, stuff like that) I recommend going the google rout, not Facebook. Facebook tends to lean very hard on the residential side

I can talk to my developer to do this landing page you talked about, as I am completely clueless on this, but how can I be sure that the people seeing this are qualified in the first hand? Only with the questions on the landing page can I qualify them? That doesn't seem good to me

@@Taurify I'm actually running a renovating business, but a friend of mine who owans a painting business told me about your channel here!. Too bad you have so few followers. So, I have a renovation business, to answer your question
@@dplakou Well thank you for joining the channel! I hope it has been valuable so far! To answer your original question, with any local service business I recommend targeting based off of location, age, gender, and that's it. In the creative and copy, target those to your ideal clients. For example, if that is full kitchen remodels, talk about that. The whole goal is to sell them on giving you their information. After that, have your office admin or appointment setter qualify the leads on the phone to make sure they are the right fit. If so, book the free estimate. That is pretty much exactly what we do for our clients, Ads > Call and Qualify > Book on site estimate > Sales person sells the job
@@Taurify no targeting audience? My nephew, who claims to be tech savvy, maintains that we ought to take the emails and do some look alike audience (and some percentage). Yeah, but I trust you more on this. Is your strategy solely for early stages or also for advanced stages of our endeavours in advertising?
@@dplakou Yes your nephew would be correct IF and a big IF you were marketing nationally or to a much larger audience. However, in your local area, the audience is already quite small so that is not necessary. Long term, my strategy is to improve the branding and appointment setting of the leads to make sure they actually turn into jobs.

Yes, booking automations will absolutely help! But I still think someone should call the leads as well.
@@Taurify Absolutely! We can implement this as well. Even after securing booked appointments, we still need to make a call to confirm details. We could set up a notification system to alert us every time we receive a booked lead. which will help us follow up more quickly on these leads. What u say😉
