INGREDIENTS Ridge Cut Kettle Cooked Potato Chips (with sea salt) Chopped Cherry Tomatoes (I used @sunset flavor bombs) Chopped red onion Vegan Kale, Cashew, and Basil Pesto Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Pearls Chopped Fresh basil Balsamic Glaze INSTRUCTIONS Lay desired amount of chips on a plate. (Make sure they are flat instead of folded.) In a bowl, combine tomatoes and onion with pesto (a little goes a long way). Top each chip with a small amount of tomatoes. Finish with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.

INGREDIENTS (makes 2 drinks) 4 oz Spiced Apple Cider 3 oz Bourbon 1 oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Garnish: Sliced Apple, Cinnamon Sticks, Ground Cinnamon INSTRUCTIONS Fill a shaker with ice. Add cider, bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup. Shake thoroughly. Place ice in 2 glasses, and pour cider mixture into the glasses. RECIPE (Save for later!) INGREDIENTS @kraftjetpuffed marshmallow cream (Black expo marker, for glass) 1 @lacolombecoffee Limited edition Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Cold foam: 2 tbsp heavy cream/half ‘n half 1 tbsp maple oat beverage 1 tbsp canned pumpkin 1-2 tsp vanilla syrup 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice INSTRUCTIONS To make the ghosts: Using the back of a small spoon, spread desired amount of marshmallow creme to create a ghost-like blob inside a tall glass. Draw eyes and a mouth on the outside of the glass with the expo marker. Set aside. To make the cold foam: Using a frother, combine all cold foam ingredients in a small glass. Froth until well mixed and frothy. Fill the glass with ice, and add cold brew. Top with cold foam and additional pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, if desired.

I literally just got home from Trader Joe's and I'm eating that butternut squash Mac and cheese for lunch. It is amazing. I wish I had bought more than 2 boxes.

INGREDIENTS 1 box Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese 1 package Citterio Cubetti Uncured Pancetta (small cubes) 2/3 cup frozen peas 2 tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs Chives, for topping INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare Mac & Cheese according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté pancetta in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel, reserving the pan drippings in the skillet. Add breadcrumbs to the skillet and cook until lightly browned over low heat, 2-3 minutes. Transfer Mac & cheese to a large bowl, and stir in peas and pancetta. Transfer to a small casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until top is crispy and casserole dish is heated through. Top with chives.

My Trader Joe’s got rid of the artichoke packs. I loved these. These were such a great little snack and I also used to just throw them in my pasta when I did Alfredo instead of using a whole jar.

All I can say is YESSSSSSSSSS. I’m gonna do these with the impossible cauliflower, dill pickle, chicken nuggets I found. where did you get the hot honey? I think that would be really good and then be able to dip it in a dill ranch.

Ooo stuffed french toast 😮. I am bummed because the gnocchi used to not have wheat flour in it and they put wheat flour in it now it really should be gluten-free. Also, it’s really good and I picked up last week was the pumpkin butternut squash soup. I added some fresh butternut squash into it and put a little bit of brown sugar and butter on top with a little parsley. It was amazing.
