This looks eady to cook thanks to your video but I've found that using a whole pack of Shan spices (or Laziza or National) results in a karahai that is so hot and spicy that I can't taste anything else.
I appreciate your feedback! Finding the right balance of spices is definitely key to enjoying the dish. Maybe try using half a pack next time and adjust to your taste!
