To have multiple "ifs", you jut need to click on the [+] button on the right. If you're talking about nested conditions, meaning two criteria under the same "if", then you need to hold down the option/alt (⌥) key while clicking on the [+] button. Does this answer your question?

Between 4 and 9 hours, the median being around 6,5 hours. This is the part of the process where I do a lot of thinking, outlining, writing, then re-writing and which finishes with the preparation of the Keynote presentation containing the entire script and all the B-roll material. Needless to say that I'm a recovering perfectionist 😂

In this specific case, the trick is to match the name with "Company 000<Number token> <Date token>". If the number of leading zeros is variable then you need to create multiple matching conditions, starting with the most of leading zeros. I can report that I was successful in setting Hazel to rename eSale.pdf to "supplier name" "Invoice number" "Date of invoice" "Dollar amount".PDF This is fantastic! The one speedbump was to parse $#,###.## values. The comma being the thousands separator. I was successful using the custom parse definition of: ${123}...{123}.{123}

⁠Glad you managed to find a solution @@PaulsMedia2024 Sometimes the text that Hazel « sees » can be different from what one sees in a PDF. One way to know is to open the PDF with Acrobat Reader then open the ‘File’ menu then ‘Save as text…’.

Agreed! The point of my video was simply to address the fact that AI cannot replace experience. So taking your comment into consideration, a more complete statement would be: AI + human with experience > Human with experience > AI + human without experience
