This is helping me I live in a small town by McMinnville Oregon in a foster care Home , The care giver here is very controlling and mean ,, Im having a hard time living my Christian walk day by day ,, I dont feal like the Lord is with me . God id not answering my prayers even though im doing every thing i can to please him. I get no Fellowship ,Cant go to Church Its been like this for months now I had a couple of friends that i was fellow shipping with and a church, But found out they are in a ONENESS CHURCH , So i dont fellowship with them any more , PLEASE pray that The LORD JESUS CHRIST WILL SEND Me born Again believers my way , And make it possible for me to move from this place . And get me my own place AND BE ABLE TO HAVE FELLOWSHIP I STARVE FOR Thank you very much Body of Christ

This was a great message, Ben! I could tell you really came prepared to share, and your delivery was amply entertaining. 😊 Definitely worth a second listen! I think what impressed me most though was your humility. Clearly you care less about impressing the congregation, as you do with sharing the word as honestly as you know how, and with bringing Glory to God. So good! And refreshing!! For these and other marks of authenticity I have felt led to bring my family to this congregation. Keep up the good work!!! P.S. I would love to discuss with you some of my own thoughts about the "greater works than these" statements of Christ. You were definitely on the right track, with pointing out great numbers of souls being converted. But in looking at the larger context of God's goals for unity between Himself and His followers, I think perhaps the end game IS the Holy Spirit working in us, and through us...as an extension of His Holy character. We humans are very focused on externals and performance. Indeed, they are possible signs of "greatness." But what if the "greater things" God is wanting to accomplish are simply to be more like Him, more responsive to Him, and enjoying fellowship with Him, and His other followers? Just food for thought. 🤔😉😊

I believe Jesus is saying Come as you are. There is a song called; Come as you are. Wonderful service. So good to see you again. Bless you

Thank you for sharing! I loved listening. I really needed to hear, especially about whatever my mind tells me to do, do the opposite! I have been messing up a lot in that area lately. Could we go back to showing the worship too? If not that's fine, but sometimes this is the only church we get every week.
