Unlisted company can held it's AGM at any place in india, if all the members of that company given prior concent either by writing or by electronic mode. As ABTF is an unlisted company, it can hold its AGM at anywhere in India, by the prior concent given by all members. So,this is a valid application.

Yes, unlisted company can conduct it's AGM anywhere in India with the consent of all the members.
