I used to listen to this with my best friend when we would go out on hikes. Gosh I miss him... It's crazy how life can change so much. I remember how we had no idea what the lyrics meant, nor even what we were singing to, we were just so caught up in the moment. Just two brothers on an adventure with Adele singing while the car rolled across the endless plateau. Wistfully listening to the final notes as the song fades into the drowsy sunset. I hugged him closer as we stared at the horizon attop the hill we climbed... And someday I'm going to find him again, and we'll listen to this masterpiece together again... just like old times
