The preview used to work by just copy paste the video link from onedrive or stream but looks like it doesn't work anymore. You may want to create an automate flow to help you streamline to process to auto upload your video to youtube

You have to right click on the image and select "Set Picture as Background". That way you can write or type on top of the image. Hope this helps 😀

You are most welcome. I like Trello too but if we are using MS outlook and teams, I find Microsoft Planner is a tool that I can share easily to all team members and it is simple to use and so lower learning curve. Try it and let me know if you have any problems or questions. 😀

You can't set recurring tasks within MS Planner. Need to use Power Automate to create a schedule cloud flow to do that. If you are creating tasks for personal use or small teams, you can use Microsoft To Dos - a simpler to use. 😀
