After doing the same workout routine for about 4 months, this week I decided to switch things up. I usually do this once I hit a plateau or I lose interest in the workouts. So this week, 40 days before my first half marathon, I am making a change.

Since turning 21, a lot of my birthdays have been the most hectic experiences of my life. So this year, I wanted to slow it down a bit... and went on a 8 hour, 13 mile hike to big pine lake with friends. lol. Maybe a different kind of hectic, but a good time nevertheless.
