I’m sitting here working on my January junk journal for January first because tomorrow I’ll be over at my sons’ and won’t take all this stuff with me. It’s been a great learning, exhilarating, mind blowing,curiosity making event! I bound my January junk journal for 2024! First ever created journal, now bound. It’s a little Catty-Wompus because the binding is not in the center of what is the spine. I’ll get that worked out for future journals. I watched you doing one of your Boho journals nine months ago. I’ll have to watch it again to remember the stitch name. I did create two extra holes at the top because I couldn’t find the original hole. I finally got it worked out. There’ll be a video about the binding sometime tomorrow, on our group Facebook page, which I absolutely adore. I just want to say thank goodness that I found this activity because takes me away and makes me calm in the midst of all my wondering how I’m gonna get it done-it’s fabulous!

Yep, I’m jealous! My mother wasn’t a person who saved such items, so I did not inherit my tendency to do so for her. I wonder if the fact that she didn’t lead to my doing so. She’s been gone since January 2011 so I can only ponder.

Hello! I’m on the way back machine, checking out your TH-cam. What is Franken paper, please? I am going to guess that it’s various bits of paper used to construct a single piece of paper that’s big enough to be in a signature. I haven’t googled it. I am curious, but please do not use up your precious time. If you have a link to somewhere where you explain it, I’d love it if you shared the link.
