They should of never rehabbed these bruh they sound much better before I can’t stop staying how much I miss how they sounded, everytime when they take off man they made me blush a bit when I was little.
Back in the days 1630-2029 had a much meaner growl to them now 1000-1429 are more powerful than their sister opponents after the rehabs

I wonder why these buses got retired before the #7900's came out.
Because they were at their 12 year lifespan.
I really miss those nova buses lfs and the sound of that Cummins ZF Engine I remember riding them on the 49 western bus route and 66 Chicago and 3 king drive and 4 cottage grove and 65 grand
