Powerful song, my brother in law played guitar. He died in the 70’s from leukemia at a very young age, he use to play and sing this song😭. He was really good. Everytime I hear it, I think of him.
Continue with Ur musical geniuses!! Always in the hearts of many!! ❤
If you are a Tommy Emmanuel fan, THIS is where it all started, with Chet.
The Best 🤩
"Do you wanna see me crawl across the floor to you ? Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back? Lord, I would gladly do it,because I don't want to fade away"...if you can't feel or understand the soul and the feeling behind those lyrics, I cannot possibly explain them to you..
Eric and the best support team ever 👏🏻👍🏼👌🏼😊✅🧏🏻♀️
Best team back up Eric’s Band ever 👏🏻👍🏼🧏🏻♀️😊✅
Back when vulnerable was considered romantic and brave !
My favourite guitarist of my lifetime. Are there better ? Maybe, but not many nor, on a 'he can play anything on anything' basis

This is my favorite Clapton song. wow if I could choose a place to die, it would be in arms.. His fingers are beautiful.
Tremendos artistas

Genial Eric clapton
It was early 1972. I was in a noisey bistro on Virginia Beach having a lonely meal. I was 21, and had a girlfriend with whom I knew it would never work out. This song came on. I remember the words and Carl Radies gentle descending bass countermelody. It was a sweet sad moment. Fortunately, I went on with life.
lovely
A wonderful song & video!! So darn good!!! NO wonder he is in the Rock & Roll of Fame so many times... This is great!!!!!!!!! Love it.. Eric still has it!!!
Pattie was something else…
One of the best Love songs ever written by Eric and Bobby Whitlock!
Eric may be a high-mileage model. But he still has it!! TALENT!!!!!!!! This song is classic.. As is Eric!!!!!
Man, it gets on my nerves the way people disrespect him and his status as one of the all time greats.. he did so much amazing work in his creative prime with so many awesome bands, I just don't get it but whatever, he's one of the absolute giants of the rock era.
This is PERFECT!!!! DARN.............
Didn't that blonde haired Bonnie Bramlett city teach Eric to get up and sing? Good to see the two together again!!!
Is that Pythons Terri Jones on drums
Steve gadd... but he likes his spam
Slowhand.....As good as it gets right here.

My 2nd favorite Clapton song. #1 is River of Tears. ❤ all his music! 1 of the greatest guitar players. Strangely, most all Brits too!!
I wish Eric will perform in Philippines before he fade away.Filipinos love to hear this songs in early 70s and this wonderful rendition bring back Clapton popular in our country

Bobby Whitlock and Eric Clapton
One of the best versions of this classic unrequited love song.
Toujours ouvert, bientôt changement d’adresse !
I simply love the unplugged version of this song. Live at Budokan. Rocks. You can tell the Heart felt sorrow of Eric. .in his endeavors with Patty. Very cool tune. I find myself listening to this song sometimes at the end of my work day as a long haul truck driver. Slurpping on a couple beers. Cheers Eric and all whom follow rock and roll. Pete
Not better than "Assorted Love Songs", though.
Smoke,
That organ really made this performance.
It's wonderful when you can share songs like this with your children and they in turn share them with their friends... Because in reality where are they going to hear them...
Ogni volta che ascolto una sua canzone, mi tornano alla mente ricordi meravigliosi. Attualmente è il più grande e lo resterà per sempre. ❤️
Your the one mr Eric c..........
One of my favorite also
