At minimum from what I can see it's probably magery/wrestling/alchemy/meditation/resist magic/evalint as your base.

dude miss six was my first red i run into made me make a mage and the last time wee fight it was good thanks for makein the game good and only a few months in but if you ever see rayray again stop and talk to me i like to no more about being a red with you maybe team up one day mostly framing on my poison dex

PVP on outlands is really the worse of all times , mage deal way to mjuch damage and they can outrun everybody in dung, is so bad make me wanna quit the game after a year coz nothing ever change

Outlands is awesome, but pvp sux...not even close to Sphere pvp!
@@JG-nx3jg I hate that mentality. Then you just got a bunch of mages running around. And THAT gets boring. I would like to see as much balance AND flexibility as possible.
@JG-nx3jg MASS LOG AND PRE CAST, there is no possibility of one vs one in the open, people run into houses or city , parry on mages is way to much effective vs dexxers is ridiculus, is not fun coz is not balanced, the stop and cast is the worse thing that i ever see on a uoltima online shard, gm that think u are a joke dont help also, so i dont think u guys on outlands can rly ever know what ultima pvp is rly about.
have to adapt. And now magic resist got a buff its harder to land kills as a mage. I got away from 2 mages in AK in full plate.
This red player kills others in a totally sneaky way. She always waits next to someone and then attack from behind (usually when their target is at 30%-40% HP). You need to stay alert here! She will come up multiple times and even present herself as harmless or "friendly". Don't get fooled by her cheesy sneeky sh!t! :D Absolutely garbage play-style! 1* Rated <3

It's a pretty common technique, hardly a secret. It is just a precasted ebolt or flame strike, using rope teleport to catch a runner. You can pretty much automate this with macros or scripts. You can also do this with other spells like wall of stone, teleport, greater heal, and many others.
