Very nice..Had mine for years..Fitted smaller pulley and all ,but then did the turbo conversion..Decided not to do the twin charged route as too complicated to setup..So bought a golf 5 1.4L that came twin charged from factory..Awesome with DSG gearbox and paddle gears

Did the 18 rims rub? Did you need spacers? I just got some 2001 Bullitt rims i think they're 17s so idk if i need spacers
It's been a while but if I am remembering correctly it did not have spacers. It didn't scrub but was very flush, also retained factory air suspension to adjust the height which is always cool!

Hello! Yes we have the original owners manual as well as all maintenance done here stateside including new timing belt and water pump. New tires will be coming for this winter as well so she's all ready to go!

Can you tell me what happens from that turbo low switch
Absolutely! Normally the turbo spools up to 10psi and the low switch has a setting for 6 psi when you're not feeling as rowdy or possibly used as a valet mode.
828 Importer what does that mean. In low turbo car gets more power and heigh turbo spool and high bov sound? And can reach heigh rpm quickly?
@@kasun077 not quite. The RPM and redline stay the same because that is the mechanical limits of the motor itself and not the turbo. By pressing the "Low" button that tells the ECU to start running the Low Boost setting of 6psi, less psi of air forced into the engine from the turbo equates to less horsepower being produced either for better gas mileage, beginner drivers or for a valet mode. Running the normal setting of boost at the 10psi is using the wastegate as a mechanical failsafe instead of relying on the ECU to control how much boost the turbo spools. We see something similar in modern sports cars with a SPORT/RACE setting but it's pretty remarkable coming from a STOCK car in the early 1990's!
I had a 3.0 Turbo Diesel Brown/Gold 1994 Super Custom Limited which also had Front & Rear Parking Sensors, Soft Close Side Door, Electric Front Spoiler and all the other extras u already mentioned. My one reached up to 350,000 miles, but an unfortunate accident meant I had to let it go. I can honestly say that The Toyota Hiace Super Custom Limited is the Largest & Most Luxurious People Carrier in the World and I wish I could get another one again !!!

Haha maybe we're the backwards ones and they got it right?? Lol Learning to adopt driving rhd is not as intimidating as it may seem, very easy to pick up on! I'm almost to a point to where I prefer driving rhd over my standard cars.
