The V10 Gen2 Formula cars are in game for free, and also the skinpack of F1 season 2001 was free as well. Not bots, it´s just me driving against my own ghost in time trial😉

Thanks! If you have AMS2 you can borrow my setup by using my lap time as a ghost on time trial and just click the wrench icon😉 I´m also going to make a tutorial video about AMS2 setup, but this point I can say that differential, brake bias, downforce and camber angles are the key elements😀

@@RMS2-racer managed a 1:19.140 😂 after about 4 laps with the setup. Shaved a good 3 seconds off my original time

@@Bordz_92 Glad to hear that the setup helped you to improve lap time. You probably noticed that car is quite oversteery on entry and wants to rotate, due to high ramp angle value on coast (less lock).

Definately! I haven´t tried UltGen2 on Monaco since V1.4 update, so I got to see how it feels with V1.6 physics😃

Yep, it´s Rennsport but closed-beta, the final version is coming later in this year...😉 By this far physics and FFB are feeling pretty good, only minor tweaks needs to be done😀

Yeap, modern GP layout, I remember this was also featured in TOCA Race Driver 3 where you get easily 1:09 time with V10 due to more forgiving physics😁 Haven´t play PS1 versions of F1 games so I can´t make comparison for those, but when it comes to current ones the tyre model of AMS2 is way better than Codemasters/EA have in their series.

Yes... I´ll admit bending rules in Variante alta, like I mentioned in the video. Obviously when doing a hotlap you will push as far as tracklimits allow you to do, that´s up to Reiza I quess😁

@@RMS2-racer I mean I guess that's how it is irl but still at least one tire has to be on the track. You do need to straighten it out as much as possible but that shouldn't be a valid lap. Still fast but when I see something like that it makes me think of the people on the dirt rally leaderboards cutting whole sections of track and calling it a record. It's not as bad as that but like I'm not satisfied myself if I'm not driving according to how it would be done irl and even if the sim allows a cut, if it's not valid irl it doesn't count

@@dpounder101 I do understand what you going for when comes to track limits and I´m totally sorry if this ruined your day, but you propably have noticed that there are even more dumber things going on in time trial, for example many drivers has 0 litres of fuel load in their setups to get a lighter car, like ZERO litres, that isn´t fair or realistic either, is it? I instead use a real amount of fuel load (usually for two laps) even game doesn´t demand that. And by the way track limits in AMS2 where even more forgivable before V.15 update, especially in Monaco where you could take out seconds by illegal cut.
