Ignore It
มุมมอง 597ปีที่แล้ว
Penile Cancer is rare. Each year approximately 36,000 men will be diagnosed globally. Many people will be unaware that it exists, and this lack of awareness combined with the embarrassment of symptoms, can delay men seeking medical advice. Some research has suggested that this delay may be as long as 12-months. The longer the delay in diagnosis the more extensive and life-changing treatment can...

Man, losing the penis is truly a sad thing😞
LOL just the expression on her face when I shot a thicker and substantial load was worth it, I used what I mentioned last month and after the first 3 weeks or so my volume visibly doubled, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and the intensity has been insane!
My name is Ian, I’m 35 years old, and I’m from the United States. I was diagnosed with penile cancer after it almost killed me because I waited so long to seek help. Shame, embarrassment, and the naive thought that it would go away almost killed me. I had to have two surgeries. The first was simply to remove the skin from my penis and replace it with skin grafted from my thigh. Unfortunately another tumor developed after this and wrapped around my urethra, leaving me and the doctors no choice but to proceed with my second surgery. The second surgery was called a radical penectomy, the full removal of my penis. After that surgery I’m a thankfully cancer free (so far) and I have my life back. I have no shame in talking about it because I did what was necessary to survive, not only for myself but for my wife and two children. I’m in the process of building a brand off of my life experience with penile cancer in hopes to not only make a better life for myself and my family, but to also spread awareness about penile cancer. I’m working on a twitch channel in which I will tell my story, and hopefully talk with people who have similar experiences. I plan to answer questions people have and have discussions about it. Of course I want to do this while playing various video games because that’s one of my life long hobbies. If I can make it happen I’d like to make donations to Orchid to help them provide care for mental health who are struggling with various male cancers including penile cancer.
@Thatdudeian Hello lan I have some doubts and I want to contact with you if I have any chance
Did they cut off his penis? 😢
Yes, I’ve had the same experience. I’m 35yo from the United States, I was diagnosed with penile cancer about 2 years ago and ultimately I had to have my penis removed on March 31st 2023. It’s a date I’ll never forget. I know this man’s pain and I too wish to spread awareness to EVERY man. This is a rare cancer, so much so that it’s not talked about enough. There isn’t enough awareness about penile cancer. I want to change that
@@Thatdudeian Holy shit 😳
@iananderson7212 rest in peace your penis 😔
God bless you
My husband was just diagnosed with this. 😔 Thankfully it has not spread further down into the tissue or become metastatic. He does have to have another surgery to remove more skin however, because his urologist never evern considered it might be cancer, assumed it was an STD. So hopefully just one more and we're done! 🤞 Glad to hear you are doin well! 🙏
Update?
How is he
I was diagnosed with penile cancer as well, and my first surgery involved removing the skin from my penis and replacing it with a skin graft from my thigh. Unfortunately a tumor came back and wrapped around my urethra so there was no option but to have a radical penectomy (full removal of my penis). I certainly hope that wasn’t the case for your husband but if it was he is not alone. After I had to have my penis removed I’ve made it a personal goal to be a voice for penile cancer, to spread awareness with my story in hopes that it saves another man from experiencing what I have.
Thanks heaps for putting this up. Such a real shame you left it go so long and even bigger shame men/women feel embarrassed about things that go wrong with these special and vital parts of our body. They work away magically for us when times are good but when times are bad we still want to hide them away and not even speak about them. Poor private parts yet we all have them and would not be alive without them. You are brave for speaking up and posting about it. You may just help so many men without even knowing about it. Good luck to you and your dear wife.
Thank you for putting this out, my urologist did a biopsy last month. I go to a cancer center in two days for my first appointment. I need to find more optimistic videos like this one.
Update?
4 months of chemotherapy, surgery 6 weeks ago, lymphatic tissue metastasis I still have a wound vac on my left thigh. I’m getting through this hopefully be back to work in a couple of months
@@stevenmartinez438 thanks for the reply. Stay optimistic and update us as you progress. Wishing you a good recovery.

I have this kind of problem.....what I want to do .....please help me .....replay to my coment
thats what happen on me but my testicle did no go back to normal but it shrinks ang become hard like stone
My left testicle has little longer than right it is normal?
Excellent
Hello doc, 38 yrs old very healthy n lean i weight train with resistance training and a few months back i noticed a bit pain in my right testicle and it Then it kind of dicapated.. but 2 months or so ago it got worse and i noticed right testicular pain some abdominal pain.. and swelling in right testicle veins engorged on right side. Left testicle was completely normal Started taking antibiotics for 5 days and quit Working out. symptoms decreased a bit and also swelling my right teste was riding high and went to have a scrotal ultrasound done. The radiologist said everything was normal and no hernia or tumors that same day took my cd scrotal exam to a urologist in Mexico and he checked my ultrasound and didn't find anything but in physical examination he said i had an inguinal hernia. It was in Mexico and he seemed dishonest.I didn't think he was right as my symptoms were not really hernia like from what I've read and heard. He told me to stop the antibiotics cuz he saw no infection but did no tests and asked very little questions, because i told him i work out a lot he assumed from the beginning it was gonna be a hernia and seemed to have his mind made up. No other tests besides physical for like 2 mins. He told me to go and see the surgeon down the hall( his buddy) for hernia repair which i did not. Wanted to wait.. i quit the antibiotics and then the exact same swelling and even worse pain came on to my left testicle. Some hardened veins at times. Seemed like an infection to me. So i started back on antibiotics and anti inflammatories and its now been 3 weeks or so, symptoms have getting better right testicle not riding as high but still see veins on right testicle engorged and some pain.. what do you think? Please please respond I'm freaking out. Based off everything i told you could it be that i do have a hernia and that's causing this? I don't feel like its a hernia..i feel if it was testicular tortion they would have been able to see. Either the doc or radiologist. I'm scared and don't have health insurance. Plz help??? ❤🛐
A testicular ultrasound is nearly 100% accurate at diagnosing all testicular abnormalities. The fact that nothing nasty has been found suggeststhat it probably is a hernia.
Can i ask because my left ball is so pain and i think he is expand can i take a antibiotics?
Thanks you I'm finding these for days
is epidydimal cyst affect fertility of sperm?

I have a cyst in my right testicle, i hope it's not a cancer, i will go to the doctor, for this health issue
Sir my left ball is having a pain and lower than the right ball..? What does it mean? Pls help me
I have no pain in my left testicle but my left testicle is lower than my right testicle, is this ok? I'm not experience any kind of pain
One testicle usually hangs lower
Can we have kids with one natural testicle and one other prosthetic?
Yes
I have a small lump at the top of my right egg just like a small beans.. Is this cancerous? Im so scared...
I have a problem with my left side ball it's bigger than right side and it's hard
You should try and make an appointment with your GP who can examine you and should be able to tell you what is happening. Testicles can feel hard and soft for various reasons.
I have a question. I have a small hard bump near the top of my testicle. I know if it’s on the top it’s most likely a cyst but it still feels to be apart of the testicle
You should try and make an appointment with your GP who can examine you and should be able to tell if it is acyst.
I’ve never heard of levels rising throughout the day. I was told that it drops throughout the day and gets to lowest around 16:00
Very helpful
hi there i have a swollen left testicle and the swelling comes and goes depends on how active i am if i take it easy they seam to get better but soon as i have a buzzy work day they start getting big again also hurts to walk very sensitive and really would like to keep my babys just dont like the goose egg felling what up and what do i need to have done I have a whole prescription of cleadamadison could that help to take or go to doc not holding anyone responsible for the judgment of the answer just would like to know for my for my own thought
The easiest way to find out if there is any abnormality causing this problem is to see your GP and possibly undergo an ultrasound scan of the scrotum which they can arrange.
Can't wait for this years! Much love! The team at WoodHoods :)
Varicocele @1:25... After getting surgery .. Will they take their size as it was before?
The testicles should remain the same size.
@@OrchidCancer how long monts before pain s scrotume is done. im surgeon varecocele but 1month and 11days before surgeon. ifill pain. plsss reply sir
Hi, Orchidcancer Charity, I discovered what felt like a lump in my scrotum; it feels like on top/bottom (not sure which is which?) of the left testicle. Like most of the comments here, mine has remained about the same size, no pain since I saw it, that's a little over a month ago. Now it just baffling to know that something is or has grown in my scrotum and the thought of cancer is getting me worried, until I see the doctor what advise can you give please...? Thanks in advance!
Hi there Sorry for the delay in reply. It might just be the top of the epididymis you are feeling, a normal structure. A GP should be able to tell by examination. If not an ultrasound scan can be performed, usually fairly quickly.
My one testicle is nearly half the size of other what can I do
Sometimes this can happen but is usually not due to anything serious. If you are worried then just have your GP check it. It only takes a few seconds
My right tisticle is hard but there is nothing on it
Hi Shi2y Sometimes they can get a bit firmer than usual for various reasons. If you are worried then you need to see a GP who can provide a quick examination.
My left is bigger than right snd ihave pre mature ejacukation suggests me some solution sir
It is normal for one to be slightly bigger than the other. You need to have a chat with your GP about the premature ejaculation and may need to see a urologist.
It feels like I have an extra testicle, it's small and is connected to my left nut by a tube like thing, I swear it's an extra testicle it has the same shape and I can feel when I slightly squeeze it, it's just small. If anyone knows what this is or has the same thing please tell me what's happening
Hi Talis It sounds like a cyst or maybe a small hydrocele. These are very easily identified and I would suggest that you make an appointment with your GP for a quick and painless examination which only takes a few minutes to confirm.
A topic that is never talked about yet much needed. Also dr shamash treated me for a testicular teratoma in 2002 with bep. And im still fighting strong. Great guy and get pretty emotional seeing his face.
How are your testosterone levels?
I have pain in left side the size is normal but the left is hanging Lower than right one the pain spread to abdominal as well pls answer me about this I make ultrasound it's Normal but doctor say one of my nerves get bigger
Hi Muhammed An ultrasound is nearly 100% accurate at diagnosing all testicular conditions so it is good that this has been performed and there is nothing nasty going on. The nerves in the testicle can also affect the nerves in the abdomen and vice versa and it sounds like you may have a varicocele? These do not lead to cancer and normally do not need to be treated.
Hey i have a little ball like a pea size and its like nest to it or on top of it inly one testicle has it and i touch it it doesnt hurt but idk what could it be any help?
It sounds like the epididymis, part of the tube that runs behind the testicle and on top.
Or a cyst. If you have a lump attached to the body of the testicle itself then you need to have it checked by a GP.
My docter say i had a swollen epididymis but I don't have pain like the symptoms
Wait my left ball bigger but it don’t hurt or anything and there ain’t no bumps
Hi George Usually one testicle is slightly bigger than the other and may hang down a bit lower.
I’m 13 and I’ve got a small like grain of rice lump on top of my testicle
Hi Jayz If it is on top of the testicle then it is more likely to be either your epididymis or possibly a cyst. A good GP should be able to tell straight away by performing a quick examination.
OrchidCancer Charity ok thank you
My right testicle hangs lower than my left should I be concerned
One testicle tends to hng a bit lower than the other.
OrchidCancer Charity thank you for the info
Hi. My testis left one is down and right testis is up. What was the reason about it. My age is 17.could you tell why it is.
Hi Manoj It is normal to have one alightly lower than the other. If it feels very abnormally different then you need to get a doctor to confirm that it is normal.
Thanking you sir very much
My brothers right testicle is bigger than the left. Does this mean anything?
One testicle is usually bigger than the other, it is normal for a small difference between the two.
@OrchidCharity I have a lump on my left testicle and it's almost a perfect sphere and I've had it a while now do u know what it is
Hi there. Is it attached to the body of the testicle or on top or behind it. Cysts tend to occur in these areas rather than the body of the testicle itself.
Hi there Is it on the body of the testicle itself? Cysts which are semi soft tend to occur on top of the testicle or behind it.
OrchidCancer Charity I believe it’s in top sometimes it feels big sometimes it’s kinda soft
OrchidCancer Charity yes
Then it sounds like a cyst or the top of the epididymis. A GP or doctor should be able to identify this by performing a quick examination.
Im 12 and i have got some stuff in my scrotum and its a little bit attached to my testicle. Its on my left testicle and its hanging too.It dosen't hurt.
Hi there If it is on top of the testicle or behind the testicle and feels a bit soft it might be a small cyst or even the epididymis.
OrchidCancer Charity its like behind my testicle
Hi there. It might be the epididymis; the tube that runs behind the testicle. It feels soft and a bit spongy. A GP should be able to tell you what it is by performing a quick and simple examination.
OrchidCancer Charity Can you cure Epididymis
Yes with antibiotics if it is due to infection.
