No Mods Used this was on console and don’t ban me or patch this glitch Paradox, Colossal Orders and CitiesSkylines let the console players explore the untouchable tiles/places. Enjoy exploring around your maps and see the views of your cities but be carful of the fog unless you are brave too face the edge of the map :)

Fun fact thats the sound used as an ambient when there are little to no npcs around you and no there are no entities around you or anything its just an ambient
False. Its just an ambience that rockstar added for the game so it can be more realistic like in real life, we can hear cars too far away.
