Hi mam, The jar lids have clip locking system. Is it necessary to keep our hand on the lid while grinding like in other mixies?
@@deearj7207 though it has clip locking system, it is necessary to hold the lid while grinding is done. It’s specifically written on the body of the mixer. So, I always hold it and never leave it unattended

Is it dishwasher safe
@@meenupandiyan4352 just went thru the operating manual. Nowhere it says it’s dishwasher safe. So, please wash the jar and the lid by hand. But I usually put the gasket in the dishwasher 😊
Does the small top of the large jar open seperately

Hi , can you please show us how did u dismantle the top portion of the motor.
It’s a little tricky for me. You just have to press a little down and twist a little, the lock opens. Same way, you can place it back and bring it to ‘ lock’ position after cleaning that place. I dismantle this once a week, clean and place it back as I have to depend for this on my son
Which brand of rice or which variant of rice you use shobha ? Somehow the texture I get will be soft while it’s taken out from cooker. After 5 minutes it becomes rubbery

@@vj0509 thank you. You can keep the flame in medium and keep a check. You can keep this for two days is what I advise 😊. You can keep it outside in room temperature and relish. Please do subscribe for more such recipes

In Bangalore you get 3 varieties of avalakki. Gatti , Medium and Paper . In the video it doesn't look like gatti avalakki . Kindly clarify .
@@CLG100 yes, in Bangalore you get three varieties of avalakki. I have used thick avalakki only and I have clearly mentioned in the video also. I ordered from Big Basket -BB Royal thick poha ( gatti avalakki)is what I have used.

I checked in India and couldn't find a 110V model. I want to gift it to my daughter in US. I could find only Preethi brand with 110V. But it's not good.

I have used thick poha, not medium poha. I have specifically mentioned that in the video. Since the quality is very good, gets soaked well in a short time

Using puffed rice instead of flattern rice madam comes out very well and very tasty. Not only that, pores also comes well . One cup puffed rice is used, I use two cups. Then pores comes very well . Next time try as I said madam . Thank you.
