Heartbreaking. I’m sorry to hear this. Also, if their dog was supposed to be sedated the entire time she was there then it clearly seems like they are 100% at fault and should be sued by the pet owners.

The last time mine had to spend a night at emergency vet I told them do not take him outside, they said they use pee pads for all smaller dogs.

Very sad, and a disgrace.

Don't pay that bill! When they take the dogs out, make sure they are leashed and hold the lease tight!

This is so sad and should be not accepted at all …. I’d sue that vet because they should’ve been more responsible when they have someone’s dog in their hand . I feel like every vet should have a fenced yard no matter where there located in a city or county

A vet killed my dog in the back room during a simple x-ray. These kinds of things ARE NOT RARE. Esp. now that Mars Candy Bars owns over 60% of all vet clinics.

О боже, це смішно. Він розказує про те що гілки ламаються, але на відео груші без жодної обламаної вітром гілки... Ну може когось нервує запах груші, але насправді він приємний. Але усі інші аргументи це брехня. Груша дуже міцна, майже як дуб. Ви ж не ріжете усі дуби просто, тому що боїтесь що гілка впаде? Груша може рости сотню років і на ній не обламається від сильних вітрів жодна гілка. Я знаю, тому що у мене є грушевий сад якому майже 90 років. Це дуже міцне дерево.

I’m sorry for your loss. I remember when my dog had to stay in the vet overnight after leg surgery, I made it crystal clear to the vet staff that she is terrified of loud noises and will run off into the street out of fear. That they need to be very careful if they take her outside for a walk. Anyway, she’s fine. But I was paranoid about that happening to her. And the crazy thing is most vet clinics use a flimsy rope to walk dogs and not even a secure harness.

See ever since they removed the statues on Monument Ave. Now everyone wants to just remove or try to erase history or try to rewrite history

I'm 65 now and due to health I hired a company to do the snow up here in Canada. The price jumped from $ 224.00 a season to $ 500.00 a season. The new neighbors son was begging for the job so I pay him $ 15.00 a snow storm. He is happy he brushes off the truck as he is a big tall 12 year old. I'm gonna hire him for the garden and 100 other jobs my wife and I can't do. Noah the 12 year old is a hard worker and he dreams of starting a business someday

My dog Yoshi got out once at my trusted vet, tho I had warned them repeatedly he was an escape artist. I was extremely fortunate that the techs were able to catch him, it was located on a major highway. I’m so sorry for their loss 😔

If they don't have an enclosed space, why not have the dog on a leash then?

This vet was completely irresponsible. All dogs should go in an enclosed space and with a leash on that they can't slip out of. If you can't follow basic safety protocols, don't open a vet office. Moira's death was completely preventable. So sorry for the family's loss.

This isn't as rare as you may think. It's unforgivable that dogs get away from vets. Ask your vet/emergency vet where they plan to take your dog to potty.

Total negligence from this clinic. Why we’re they taking her out so late . Ana who took her out ?. That baby was afraid and she ran looking for her owners. If! I was the owner get a lawyer .All those people working in that facility are responsible. All of them . And to the one that is responsible God sees every thing and he saw what you did . May God forgive you . I can see the owners are so so devastated. I would be too . Nothing like this should ever happen to our adorable creatures God has given us.

I live in Virginia. Do not leave ur pets unless they can’t walk at the vet. I don’t care what vet… idk where u go. Absolutely don’t do it. Multiple dogs and not 1 or 2 every report I see about dog deaths because of a veterinarian is from my state… If u live here do not send ur pets anywhere the people don’t treat animals properly here

INSANE that ANY care provider for dogs can't invest $500 for a fenced in space....while they rake in tens of thousands of dollars from pet parents and pharmaceutical companies f(or innumerable, dangerous drugs that dogs do not need, but are promoted at every visit..) ... INEXCUSABLE.

While this is awful and sad I’m shocked this made news. People are freakin weird with their pets anymore. I love my pets dearly but I’m not calling out a news channel for a situation like that. Place should have an enclosed fencing but they don’t and things do indeed happen with pets. How many people lose their own pets by accident. Maybe people should sue themselves every time they lose their own pets. 🙄 I’m sure 90% of commenters won’t agree with me….don’t care. Go work with dogs before you type on your silly little keyboards. You’d be amazed how animals can escape stuff.

I have a towing service in Northern NJ. I have dealt with these scammers for years now. They put their fake pin drops on google. I have to report them all the time. They even put a fake photo of their facility and I have go to that address and show google proof and it still takes weeks for google to address it. Meanwhile google scrutinizes actual businesses by making them verify over and over again, their legitimacy. But somehow, these scammers find a way to work around that. I think I know the person behind it. He lives in dallas, texas. He hires a Filipino call service to manage this scam. They charge the customer say 200 and try to get a tow guy to come out for $50
