If it's a servo motor should be able to slow that thing down and have better control. You don't use tack glue or bunny clips when sewing?
@MichiganCustomCraftworksLLC That juki Has a clutch motor on it. Someday I may put a servo on it. As far as using glue and clips I do. Use them sometimes. Just friends on what kind of mood i'm in
I have a servo motor for sale if you're interested?
Need the right tool for the right leather project everytime! 🔩🛠
@MichiganCustomCraftworksLLC that's true. Need a big tool box

Thank you for the visit and talk...when dying your leather do you damping it with water first or just apply the dye...I have seen some apply a acid wash first to remove any oil spots...from hands and etc...Have A Great New Year..see you on the next one
@@craigh3381 I just dye then oil

A leather phone case with zipper or snap back, with a grahmet hole added for a chain / leather leash .
Here in Sweden it’s knife sheaths and hunting items that are very popular right now, here we have hunting clubs and shooting ranges/clubs , and I contacted some of them and visit them what I make and wow what they order things now, it’s a tips to do that if you like making knife sheath and hunting belts

Great video and all truth! Your product is only worth what the customer is willing to pay no matter how much time you have in it. $35-$40 for a single ply belt is what I sell mine for and even then some folks comment about the price. I love hand tooled leather but I know my customers aren’t going to spend the money to pay for the time spent creating it.

How much did you have to re machine the journals and faces to get the Chinese machine to actually "work" ?? I ask cause I foolishly bought one ;-(
