It's a little difficult in this situation... yes the drunk kid put his hands on the employee (which caused the other employee to react) but if you go up and just knock the kid out, he hits his head on the floor and dies... guess who's going to prison... YOU. Yes, a lawyer could argue you were doing it to protect the public or employee and understands the situation, but that's not how the law works. Certain situations like preventing a terrorist attack on a plane will clearly be void of any issue. That said, the Jalapeno mac and cheese kid was not causing an act of terrorism or loss of life to anyone in this scenario. Just because we as a society think something is right (like knocking out some jerk) doesn't mean that is how the law works. Some person is driving drunk on the road and a danger to everyone, maybe even hitting cars. Should you drive up next to him and put a bullet in their head? Well you can, and guess who is going to serve time, you. The correct action is to call the police, record it, and let people with governmental authority own it. If you want the society where you can use aggressive force on a person because you think they're wrong, there's plenty of Countries outside the US that allow it.

i disagree multiple students tried to speak up and a few tried to gently separate the guy from the manager but this kid was obviously very drunk and aggressive and its not easy to approach people who are like that.

I think this happened late 2015. Don’t laugh. I now just randomly returned to this video, and I spotted the man I fell in love with during late 2018 in the crowd. I can’t believe it. I had no idea he even existed the first time I watched this. We parted company mid 2020. I can’t believe my eyes. I think about him all the time 😢

During halftime shows for all time they can have Jalapeno Mac Kid come out and start harassing someone, and then Hero Chef can dive from off the top ropes and take down Jalapeno Mac Kid. The halftime show can end with campus police cuffing Jalapeno Mac Kid and mashing his face through the exit door... They could even sell T-Shirts And then real life Jalapeno Mac Kid will throw his bottle of whiskey through his television in a drunken slump and realize he missed showing up at work and is about to lose another job in fast food
